Rachel Keck is a leadership coach, consultant, and author of Everyone Is Not Like You. She works with small business owners and their leadership teams to get unstuck, resolve conflict, and scale without losing what makes their business strong. With a background as Chief Culture Officer and now founder of Mosaic-Collaborative, Rachel brings a proven framework for moving from bottlenecks to breakthroughs, helping owners step out of the daily grind and lead with clarity and confidence. She also hosts The Unspoken Edge podcast, where she shares insights on the real conversations leaders need to have to move their businesses forward.

Ricky Sequeiros, Client Success Manager and AI Specialist at NovaCore Media, helps remodeling businesses cut through the hype around artificial intelligence and put it to work in practical ways. Drawing on over a decade of marketing experience, Ricky shows remodelers how AI can increase visibility, generate higher-quality leads, and streamline day-to-day operations. His mission is to empower professionals with simple, actionable strategies that turn AI from a challenge into a competitive advantage.

Trevor Burns, PHR, ASP – HR Consultant, is the founder of Building Force Solutions, an HR consulting firm that supports small and mid-sized businesses. He helps business owners, as well as business leaders, see HR as more than compliance and paperwork, but as a strategic partner to help protect their companies, support their people, and build lasting teams.

Trevor has worked alongside family-owned businesses to navigate employment law, safety standards, and benefit administration, always focusing on practical solutions that fit their culture and business needs for over a decade.

He also serves on the Professional Remodeling Collective’s Workforce Development Council, where he works with a dedicated group of industry leaders, educators, and business owners to expand apprenticeship programs and create meaningful certifications like the Lead Carpenter–Remodeling Certification. Trevor views his role on the council as one of service, helping to support the vision and hard work of others who are building stronger career pathways for the next generation.

Trevor holds the PHR and ASP credentials to distinguish him as a both an HR professional and a Safety professional. Outside of his professional life, he is a devoted family man who values time with his wife and 4 children. He invests in his community through leadership and service. His vision for Building Force Solutions is simple: make high-quality HR and workforce support accessible to small businesses, without forcing them into a one-size-fits-all model.
