This immersive experience connects high school students and young adults with remodeling professionals through on-site visits, hands-on demonstrations, and authentic conversations about career possibilities in the trades.
Held annually in April and November—and throughout Careers in Construction Month in October—Pathways to Remodeling™ opens doors for students to explore their future, ask questions, and get inspired.

Through curated site visits to warehouses, showrooms, project spaces, and offices, students:
✔ Tour active workspaces and learn how remodeling businesses operate
✔ Participate in tool demos and hands-on activities
✔ Engage with professionals who share their career journeys, advice, and opportunities
✔ Leave with real insights and resources to help them explore careers in remodeling

In October, companies can register as a tour stop for students of all age groups, with a primary focus on high schoolers exploring career options. Participating companies host groups at their facility, offering a look behind the scenes and an opportunity to showcase your company’s culture, capabilities, and career pathways.
